Sleeping Frog
This shot was taken last year after the monsoon season came to an end, that is in winter. At our doorstep, there are plenty of plants and it’s also a home for many insects, amphibians & sometimes also for reptiles like snakes. Along with other residents, this frog was also living there. It was quite used to our presence so it doesn’t matter to it how close you sit next to it and most of the time frogs don’t mind your presence. So it’s always easy to go near any frog until you try to catch them.
This shot was taken at night time because it doesn't stay there in the daytime. And instead of using an inbuilt flash, I used a mobile torch for this shot.
